Baby Papasan
Any moms here bought the Fisher-Price Baby Papasan Cradle Swing for their baby?
If so, how do you like it? I love the swing for my 4 month old and he loves it too, but recently I’ve been having problems with it. For one, it takes 4 D batteries and in the last two weeks I’ve bought alot of batteries. I tried all brands and that gets really expensive. The last ones I bought was duracell and they only lasted 2 days!!!!!! I then realized that it was the motor that was the problem. My baby had only used total…probably 2 hours on the brand new batteries and the darn thing stopped working. I dont know exactly whats wrong with this swing. I went to Target’s website and looked at the customer reviews and quite a few of them had the same problem as I did. What I am gonna do is call Fisher Price and see what they can do. This swing is a nice one, kinda pricey too, and I just want to get my money’s worth.
I had a problem with my swing it was not the papazan swing but the motor went out shortly after we purchased it. I went online to the manufacturer website and e-mailed a complaint I was just upset and needed to vent it to them. They e-mailed me back the next day and within 2 days I had a brand new motor on my doorstep at no charge to me. Make sure that you contact them it could just be a faulty part and most places are willing to replace the product at no cost. You just need to write a nice but threatening letter stating how disappointed you are in the product and I am sure you will have no probs.
